We were engaged to value a B2C startup with a digital loyalty program designed primarily for tourists to the UAE, covering all services sought by visitors, including repeat visits.
Our Approach

We worked closely with the program sponsor in evaluating the company’s business plan, its merchant affinity model and the deployment value of the insights gained from the data analytics.
We assessed the underlying growth hypothesis and benchmarked it to other loyalty offerings in the market as also to the company’s imminent contracts with the government and loyalty partners.
This in-depth analysis of the qualitative and quantitative drivers of the business was factored into the valuation which considered parameters beyond the customary DCF and Transaction multiples to arrive at the fair value of the business.
