Conducted a confidential salary survey of comparable schools for key academic positions. Since some of the other schools had some hesitation in participating in this survey, we improvised and worked through our network to access the survey targets. The survey methodology included:
1. Preparing a broadsheet of cost-to-company data for each key position
2. Deriving a position equivalence with academic positions in comparator schools
3. Collecting salary data for all components and benefits
4. Comparing data on key indicators such as CTC, basic salary, housing benefits, children’s education and leave travel.
