IdealCap worked closely with the Group Director – HR and the CEOs of the group’s entities to assess and revamp the existing HR policies, procedures and operations. Our team:
-Developed a comprehensive HR Policies and Procedures Manual including a re-design of all forms, letters and templates
-Developed Job Descriptions for all positions across all entities
-Designed a new Performance Management system using the Balanced Scorecard approach and sat in on the first annual cycle of performance appraisals
-Designed a Rewards System covering all positions, including a MS-Excel based rewards calculator
-Assisted with the HRMS implementation.
