We worked closely with the investee company in evaluating the business plan, articulating the risk and returns from new product lines, assessing the growth hypothesis through benchmarking, and evaluating the group strategy and their execution capabilities.
We factored this detailed analysis of the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the business – i.e., parameters beyond DCF and Comps - into our valuation analysis to arrive at the fair value of the business.
This enabled the client to take an “all things considered” decision regarding the investment and confidently negotiate the investment proposal.
