Develop a feasibility study for UAE-based entrepreneurs wishing to set up a steel galvanizing facility in ICAD, to cater to the construction sector.
1. We gained an understanding of the project idea and developed the operating model and a financial model for the operations.
2. Prepared a feasibility study highlighting the investment opportunity for prospective investors.
3. We also supported the client in their negotiations with prospective investors.
The client was able to showcase the project investment opportunity very effectively. The feasibility study and the underlying financial model clarified all elements of the project to potential investors and lenders, and enabled the client to undertake productive negotiations with them.
